Whitley joined Height of Health Massage in September 2025, after receiving her massage certification from Front Range Community College in 2024. Growing up with scoliosis impacted Whitley’s muscular skeletal system from an early age, and she often received body work from both physical therapists and family members to try to mitigate the pain and discomfort in her back. That experience inspired her, and she has always wanted to be that relief for others.

Whitley’s first massage position was naturally at a chiropractor's office, where she improved her massage therapy skills in Loveland by addressing various client needs from chronic headaches to sports injuries. She enjoys incorporating multiple modalities into her sessions to create a well rounded approach for healing. These massage modalities include trigger point therapy, neuromuscular therapy, and connective tissue work. Whitley values honesty, empathy, and respect, aiming to create a safe and welcoming space for clients.

Her hobbies include caring for her many pets, especially her puppy, and enjoying walks in the sunshine.

• Fri & Sat: 9am - 2:00pm
