Erin joined our team in October 2022. She completed her massage therapy certification at The Healing Arts Institute in Fort Collins in 2006. Erin wanted to embark on the journey of massage because she wanted a career path that was more tranquil. She specializes in Neuromuscular Therapy. It is a modality that she enjoys working with, because there are people experiencing postural inefficiencies and she loves using massage to encourage change in the body. Her kindness really shines through her work and enhances the incredible skills and years of experience she brings to the table.

Erin believes that working with different body types and receiving body work from therapists of varied therapy backgrounds has helped her to gain invaluable experience. As an active person and an endurance runner she has had a lot of different physical issues. She also grew up with mild scoliosis and never knew how to effectively deal with the pains she felt. Just thinking it was unavoidable. Having worked with different therapies and non-traditional approaches to health she has experienced how a more efficient posture can make a world of difference when it comes to exercise,athletics and moving more comfortably through our lives.

Outside of her position at Height of Health Massage she has a passion for running, hiking, and reading!

Wednesdays: 9:30-2 pm

Thursdays: 11:45-4:45 pm

Fridays: 9:30-5pm ( at the Larimer County Wellness Clinic only)

Saturdays: 9:30-5 pm

Sundays: 10:30-5:30 pm
