Why Massage Therapy?
Massage therapy is considered an alternative means to alleviate pain and stiffness, reduce stress, and promote overall wellness. Adding massage therapy to your lifestyle is no longer simply considered a luxury, but rather an alternative means to help reduce various problematic symptoms like headaches, neck pain, and chronic back pain. Massage therapy can help with meeting functional goals such as increasing range of motion, and reaching peak athletic performance. According to a recent article from the Mayo Clinic: "Brush aside any thoughts that massage is only a feel-good way to indulge or pamper yourself. On the contrary, massage can be a powerful tool to help you take charge of your health and well-being, whether you have a specific health condition or are just looking for another stress reliever.” This of course does not mean that you will not feel pampered and well cared for during your massage therapy treatment!
Why Height of Health Massage?
At our Fort Collins massage therapy center, we believe that massage therapy can help with overall health at an affordable price. What makes us different from both chains and local Fort Collins massage businesses? We are therapist-owned and operated, and strongly believe in treating and paying our massage therapists well. Our first goal is to treat our people well, so that they can then take good care of you. As such, you will encounter a massage therapist here who is professional, licensed, experienced, and willing to try various techniques to get you feeling better! Although you can find massage therapy useful for a wide variety of health concerns at our clinic, we do specialize in massage therapy for neck, shoulder, and back pain. We encourage you to speak to your physician or healthcare practitioner about any questions regarding massage therapy. Also, please feel welcome to contact us directly if you have any concerns about your future or current massage therapy treatment.
Not only do we strive to keep costs low for our clients - we also accept insurance!
According to your individual health plan, you may have massage benefits and we will both help verify and bill your insurance if you have coverage. Although every health plan varies, we do regularly accept insurance from employees working for the following places:
- Larimer County
- City of Fort Collins
- University of Northern Colorado (UNC)
- Otter Products

Wonderful customer service
I can't say enough good things about this practice. I went on the recommendation of a friend when I was dealing with some major headaches and Naz has been able to help me get rid of them and maintain the progress. If you're looking for therapeutic massage and wonderful customer service, this is the place to be.

Will definitely return in the future.
When I went in I really wanted a lot of attention on my upper back where I was most tense. Sheila did a fantastic job working that area, along with my neck and arms. Comparing my composure from when I came in to when I left, was huge. I came out realizing how tense I am day to day. Will definitely return in the future.

Fantastic, affordable massages
Rachel is highly skilled at identifying problem areas and addressing them with effective massage methods. She seems sincerely concerned about her clients and putting in whatever effort is necessary to help resolve the physical issue. I am thankful to have found an excellent massage therapist.
