What to Expect from Your First Massage in Fort Collins with Us

Finding Our Massage Location & Convenient Parking
Height of Health Massage is located in a quiet medical park off of Robertson St. in Fort Collins. We are centrally located and only a 5min drive from the Jessup Farm Artisan Village, and just west of UC Health's Poudre Valley Hospital. It is a quiet office sitting with ample parking right outside our front door. You shouldn't have any issues finding us or finding parking!
Come on In!
You'll open our door and be met with the licensed massage therapist who will be working on you once they've completed their previous massage therapy session. Your massage therapist will hand you a standard intake form to fill out which has a front and back side. You will also be shown where our cold water station is located in our lobby and their nearest of three restrooms our building has.
Check Out Your Massage Room
Next, your massage therapist will take you back to one of our 6 massage therapy rooms. Please note that our main floor is wheelchair accessible with 4 of our rooms, but our basement with 2 rooms is not. If you cannot safely take one of our basement rooms, please notify us prior to your massage therapy appointment.
Once you are in the massage room, your therapist will do a verbal intake with you to determine what type of massage you would like, how much pressure you'd like to try, if you would like to include our free hot stones, and any limitations or areas you would like to be avoided. Your massage therapist will then explain disrobing to your comfort level (see our other FAQ on this or visit our website for more information), let you know if you need to start face up or face down and ask if you have any further questions.
Then you enjoy your massage therapy session!
After Your Massage Session
Following your session, your massage therapist will ask you to take your time and meet them back up front in the lobby. We accept credit card payments, cash, FSA/HSA cards, and checks to name a few. Once payment is complete, your massage therapist will ask if you would like to rebook and mention both our custom massage rates ($99 for 60-min, $148.50 for 90min) and our package rates ($252 for a 60-min 3-pack, $378 for a 90-min 3-pack). Some of our clients prefer to rebook at home online when they have their calendars and that is great. Unlike the large massage chains, we do not believe in high pressure sales and do not sell memberships.
