Nicole is a USAF veteran who was inspired to pursue a career in health and wellness after her military service. She earned her Integrative Health Degree in 2018 and recently completed a 570-hour massage therapy program at Front Range Community College. She really values education and holds additional certificates in Reiki, Reflexology, Cupping, and Manual Lymphatic Drainage; plus an additional 72 CEUs in bodywork. She has a passion for helping clients enter deep relaxation, release tension, and calm the mind. She specializes in lighter to medium+ pressure ranges, relaxing Swedish flow, and focused connective tissue work, and enjoys working with children or adults.

In her free time, Nicole practices self-care by spending quality time with her family outdoors, taking silly family photos in photo booths, traveling throughout the USA, and connecting to her community through local charitable events. "I value creating family memories in every moment."

Nicole’s current schedule is:

Mondays: 11:30am - 5:00pm (at Larimer County Wellness Clinic)

Tuesdays: 1:45pm - 7:30pm

Thursdays: 2:00pm - 7:30pm

Saturdays: 10:15am - 3:45pm
