Rachel Hargrove, B.A, LMT
I received my first massage at the age of 14, but I did not consider massage as a profession until much later. I moved to the northern Colorado area in 2007 to attend the University of Northern Colorado. I had always been fond of massage therapy and found it helped me to relieve muscle tension and pain, so I decided to take a different path and pursue massage therapy as a profession.
I attended The Academy of Natural Therapy in Greeley where I received 1000 hours of training from excellent teachers. I graduated from massage school in 2011, took the licensing exam, and have been very happy with my decision ever since!
Since I graduated, I have been working full time as a therapist in various settings including chiropractic and physical therapy offices. I provide a wide variety of massage therapy services to my clients, and I specialize in acute and chronic neck, shoulder, and back pain.
Besides loving what I do and running my business, I enjoy exploring Fort Collins and all of the great restaurants here. My husband and rescue pup love nature walks and occasional hikes.

Kimberly Barthel, LMT
I attended A New Beginning School of Massage in Austin Texas, and graduated in 2015. While in school, I loved hydrotherapy and anatomy class. Learning about how all the muscles are connected still amazes me. I’m very much into health and living a healthy lifestyle. This was a main draw for my decision to choose massage therapy as a career option. I also enjoy learning and practicing different styles of massage and growing my skills.
I try to create personal/ individual massages for each client by listening to their needs. I have worked in a variety of offices from spas and clinical setting, and feel that I have learned a broader range massage techniques because of that. The style of massages that I enjoy doing are deep tissue, trigger point therapy, Swedish relaxation, and prenatal. I look forward to working with new clients and helping them find some relief through massage.
In my down time, I enjoy taking advantage of all that Colorado has to offer. I love getting outside with my dog and hiking, rock climbing, camping, and paddle boarding. I’ve been actively working on my yoga practice for the last two years, and hope to get certified in the near future.

Nazareth Gilliland, LMT
I attended The Healing Arts Institute in Fort Collins, and have been a licensed practicing massage therapist for three years. I am trained to address muscular dysfunction throughout the body, including but not limited to discomfort caused from temporomandibular joint dysfunction (TMJ-D), whiplash, headaches, and scoliosis. I apply techniques such as deep tissue massage, myofascial release, neuromuscular therapy, trigger-point therapy and Swedish relaxation.
Whether it is helping my clients who are seeking relief from chronic pain or injury, or assisting clients who simply need to decompress, I absolutely love using my massage therapy skills to help others.
I am currently working on completing a Bachelors of Science in Psychology at CSU in order to later pursue a graduate degree in occupational therapy. My goal is to ultimately merge my knowledge and skills as a massage therapist with a career in occupational therapy, and eventually specialize in hand and upper extremity therapy.
In my free time, I enjoy rock climbing, quality time with loved ones, reading, and exploring Colorado mountain towns. I am from Houston, Texas, and have been in Fort Collins for four years now.
