I received my first massage at the age of 14, but I did not consider massage as a profession until much later. I moved to the northern Colorado area in 2007 to attend the University of Northern Colorado. A few years into my schooling, I realized that I wanted to make a change. I had always been fond of massage therapy and found it helped me to relieve muscle tension and pain, so I decided to take a different path and pursue massage therapy as a profession. I then attended Academy of Natural Therapy in Greeley where I received 1000 hours of training from excellent teachers. I graduated from massage school in 2011, took the licensing exam, and have been very happy with my decision ever since! Since I graduated, I have been working full time as a therapist in various settings including chiropractic and physical therapy offices. I provide a wide variety of massage therapy services to my clients, and I specialize in acute and chronic neck, shoulder, and back pain. Besides loving what I do and running my business, I enjoy exploring Fort Collins and all of the great restaurants here, exercising, and visiting with family and friends.

Rachel is a licensed massage therapist and has been practicing massage full time for over seven years. She is licensed through the State of Colorado and insured by ABMP. During her career as a massage therapist, she has completed over 6000 sessions.

After receiving my first massage when I was 17, I was hooked. It was a mixture of the awareness that was brought to my body, combined with the nurturing sensation of touch, that was so appealing. It was not until much later that I would consider it as a career path. I attended The Healing Arts Institute in Fort Collins, and finished my program in February 2016. I have found passion, joy, and fulfillment in my work as a massage therapist that I hadn't imagined possible.Whether it is helping my clients who are seeking relief from chronic pain or injury, or assisting clients who simply need to decompress, I absolutely love using my massage therapy skills to help others. I am trained to address muscular dysfunction throughout the body, including but not limited to discomfort caused from TMJD, whiplash, headaches, and scoliosis.

I enjoy rock climbing, weight lifting, hiking, and all the adventuring Colorado has to offer. I am from Houston, Texas, and have been in Fort Collins for two years now.

Nazareth Gilliland is a licensed massage therapist who graduated in early 2016. She is licensed and insured in the state of Colorado. Nazareth has been with us for two years and has been a great addition to our team.

Breanna Stone, LMT

I attended Healing Arts Institute in Fort Collins, and have been a massage therapist for almost six years. Two years ago, I pursued additional education, and completed training to become Medical Massage Practitioner. I’ve always known I wanted to be in a field where I could help others and I’ve loved seeing the results massage therapy brings to so many.

Whether you’re looking to rehabilitate muscles due to an injury, prepare or recover from a race, get relief from TMJ, headaches, or simply just to relax, I would love to work with you! I use a variety of modalities including Deep Tissue Neuromuscular Therapy, Sports Massage, Myofascial Release, Trigger Point Therapy, Cross Fiber Friction, PNF/PRE Stretching and Strengthening Techniques, and Swedish Relaxation. Each massage of mine is tailored to your needs.

I’ve lived in Colorado for nineteen years, spending the last eight here in Fort Collins. Being raised in the country, I’ve always had a love of the outdoors and I spend as much time as I can camping, fishing, hiking and 4-wheeling with my husband and our Labrador Retriever Diesel.

Breanna Stone is a licensed massage therapist who graduated from Healing Arts Institute. She is licensed and insured in the state of Colorado. Breanna is celebrating one year with us in October, and we are excited to see where her career path takes her with us.
